Supplied Artwork
Ads can be supplied as high-resolution PDF, TIFF, EPS or Jpeg, but please bear in
mind the following when supplying graphics:
Using/Creating Graphics
High-resolution pictures should be created at 300 dpi and be saved as CMYK TIFF or EPS.
EPS files created in programs such as Illustrator or Freehand should be scaled in their native programs rather than when placed in Quark. Enlargement in non-native programs can result in poor quality.
Always try to draw logos rather than placing scans in your artwork. This will result in smaller files and better quality.
Supported Software
We can accept artwork in the following software:

- - Photoshop
Please note that we cannot print color from Word files. Most Microsoft software does not support color separation.
Fonts
Supply all fonts, both printer and screen, that you're using in the file on your disk. Missing or substituted fonts may cause text reflow. Some programs allow you to apply styles (italic, bold) to a plain font. These stylized fonts don't always print properly. Use the font family rather than 'forcing' a style if possible. Fonts used in EPS files need to be included.

Contract / Copy Regulations
A. All advertisements, contracts and insertion orders
are accepted subject to the terms and regulations of
this rate card. All advertising is subject to Publisher's
approval.
B. Advertisements are accepted upon the
representation that advertiser and its agency have
the right to authorize publication of the contents
thereof. In consideration of such publications,
advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify, defend
and hold Publisher harmless against any expense,
claim or loss arising out of publication.
C. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any
advertisement, insertion order, or space reservation,
or position commitment at any time without cause.
Publisher reserves the right to insert the word
"advertisement" above or below any copy.
D. Cancellation or changes in orders may not be made
by the advertiser or its agency after the reservation
closing date.
E. All advertising subject to short rate when less
advertising than specified by original order is placed.
F. Our policy is that the advertising agency and/or
advertisers are jointly and/or severally liable for all
advertising invoices.
G. Positioning of advertisements is at discretion of Publisher, except when a request for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by Publisher in writing.
H. Publisher assumes no liability for errors in key numbers or for failure to publish an advertisement for any reason.
I. Publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement. Publisher's liability for any error will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error.
J. Advertiser and advertising agency assume liability for all content (including text and illustrations) of advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against Publisher.
K. Publisher will not be bound by any condition,
printed or otherwise, appearing on any order blanks, insertion orders or contracts when they conflict with the terms and conditions of this rate card or any amendment hereof. Contract conditions subject to change without notice.
